红莲型细胞质雄性不育(HL-CMS)水稻不育系与保持系中3个ANTs基因表达模式的比较

摘 要:

探讨红莲型细胞质雄性不育(HL-CMS)水稻不育系 ‘ 粤泰 A’ (‘YTA’)和保持系 ‘ 粤泰 B’ (‘YTB’)中 3 个腺苷酸转位酶 (ANT)基因在三叶期根、茎、叶以及不同发育时期的幼穗中的表达模式。结果表明: ANT1 和 ANT2 在 ‘YTA’ 和 ‘YTB’ 三叶 期的根、茎、叶中的表达量都较高, 而在生殖生长不同时期的幼穗中表达量较低。‘YTA’ 中 ANT1 在不同时期的幼穗中表 达量都较低, 而 ANT2 的表达量到穗生长期 II 的幼穗才较低。‘YTB’ 中 ANT1 在生殖生长的穗生长期 III 的幼穗有很高的表 达。ANT3 的表达水平在研究的各组织中的表达都较低, 在 ‘YTB’ 穗生长期 V 的幼穗中表达最高。相对于 ‘YTA’, ‘YTB’ 中 只有 ANT3 在穗生长期 III 和穗生长期 V 的幼穗中呈现明显的优势表达; 而相对于 ‘YTB’, ‘YTA’ 中 ANT2 和 ANT3 在穗生长 期 I、ANT2 在穗生长期 VI 幼穗具有明显的优势表达。3 个 ANTs 基因在 HL-CMS 不育系 ‘YTA’ 和保持系 ‘YTB’ 不同组织及 发育时期的表达模式的差异, 暗示它们可能与HL-CMS水稻不育系和保持系的发育调控有关。

Comparison on Expression Mode of Three ANTs Genes between Sterile Line and Its Maintainer Line in Honglian-Type Cytoplasmic Male Sterile (HL-CMS) Rice (Oryza sativa L.)

Abstract:

The expression mode of the three adenine nucleotide translocase (ANT) genes in roots, stems and leaves at the 3-leaf stage, and in spikes at the different developmental phases of sterile line ‘Yuetai A’ (‘YTA’) and its maintainer line ‘Yuetai B’ (‘YTB’) of Honglian-type cytoplasmic male sterile (HL-CMS) rice was studied in this paper. The results showed that the expression of ANT1 and ANT2 was obviously higher in roots, stems, leaves at the 3-leaf stage than in the spikes at the reproductive stage in both ‘YTA’ and ‘YTB’. Compared with the higher ANT1 expression at spike development stage III in ‘YTB’, the lower expression of ANT1 was observed during the whole reproductive phases in ‘YTA’, and the lower expression of ANT2 was present only after the spike development stage II. The expression of ANT3 at all the detected stages of both ‘YTA’ and ‘YTB’ was lower than ANT1 and ANT2, although a relatively high expression was observed at the spike development stage V in ‘YTA’. There were the preponderant expressions of ANT2 at the spike development stage I and spike development stage VI in‘YTA’, while ANT3 had the preponderant expression at the spike development stage III and spike development stage V in ‘YTB’. The expression mode differences among the three ANTs between ‘YTA’ and ‘YTB’ may be involved in the developmental control of sterile line and its maintainer line of HL-CMS rice.
